Instructions
Brew 1.5 oz blonde espresso (ristretto if possible), and pour into a 10 oz glass or mug. Stir in the pecan syrup.
Heat oat milk until steaming and froth with a milk frother. Pour your steamed oat milk over your sweetened espresso.
Top with crushed maple sugar and drink up!
