Add the ice, cold brew, milk, 2 tablespoon mocha sauce, espresso beans, xanthan gum, and all but 1 teaspoon of the Oreos to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the frappuccino into a tall glass, then top with whipped cream, the remaining 1 tablespoon mocha sauce, and the remaining 1 teaspoon crushed Oreos. Drink up!
