In a mason jar or other container, combine the milk, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Whisk, use a milk frother, or simply place a lid on the jar and shake until combined!
Add ice to a tall glass, and pour the espresso over the ice.
Pour in the pumpkin milk mixture, then top with whipped cream and more pumpkin pie spice if desired! Drink up!
