This indulgent Iced Pecan Crunch Oat Milk Latte is a recreation of the beloved Starbucks drink. The fall-inspired iced latte features rich espresso, homemade pecan syrup, and creamy oat milk, topped with a frothy vanilla cold foam and crushed maple sugar for a sweet, nutty crunch–the perfect cozy, refreshing treat!
Make the cold foam. Add the cold foam ingredients to a small container or glass and froth with a milk frother for at least 30 seconds or until doubled in size and foamy. Set aside.
Add ice to a tall glass, then pour in the pecan syrup. Top with espresso and then oat milk. Stir if desired.
Pour the cold foam over the pecan latte, then top with crushed maple sugar if desired. Drink up!
