This makes about 3.25 cups of caramel apple creamer!Dairy-Free: Substitute 1.5 cups full-fat coconut milk and ½ cup oat milk and eliminate the half-and-half and heavy cream.Storage Directions
Mind the storage. I recommend storing the creamer in a tall glass jar (such as a Mason jar) for the freshest flavor. For easy pouring, use a pour-friendly lid. When kept as such, the creamer can be kept for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
Avoid freezing. High-fat creamers can split upon thawing, creating an unpleasant, grainy texture. For the best results, do not freeze it. Make a half batch if you don’t anticipate consuming all the creamer within the week.
