Make the cream cheese cold foam: Add the whipped cream cheese, 2 tablespoon vanilla syrup, heavy cream, and whole milk to a small jar or container. Froth for about 1 minute with a milk frother until the cream cheese is fully incorporated and smooth. Set aside.
Add the cold brew coffee to a tall glass, then stir in 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup. Top with ice.
