This sweet, nutty, and warmly spiced coffee is taken to new levels of caffeinated perfection with cool and frothy cinnamon and caramel-infused cold foam topping. Make the cold foam by adding the heavy cream, whole milk, 1 tablespoon caramel syrup and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon syrup to a small container and frothing with a milk frother for 15-30 seconds. Set aside.
Add the cold brew coffee to a tall glass, then stir in 1 tablespoon caramel syrup and 1 teaspoon cinnamon syrup. Top with ice.
Pour the cold foam over the sweetened cold brew coffee, then dust with cinnamon sugar mix if desired. Drink up!
