water

granulated sugar

brown sugar

vanilla extract

butter extract

almond extract
Instructions
Add the water and sugars to a small saucepan and whisk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and whisk in the extracts.
Allow to cool at room temperature for 15 minutes, then transfer to a jar or syrup bottle! Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
