Make the salted caramel cold foam. Add the heavy cream, whole milk, caramel syrup, and sea salt to a small glass or container and froth with a milk frother for 5-15 seconds. Set aside.
Stir together the cold brew coffee and 1 tablespoon caramel syrup in a tall glass, then top with ice.
Top with the salted caramel cold foam. Drizzle with caramel sauce and/or sprinkle with more sea salt. Drink up!
