Lime Simple Syrup
A bright, fresh lime simple syrup made with real lime juice, sugar, and water. Ready in 5 minutes and keeps in the fridge for 2 weeks!

Ingredients

cup
granulated sugar
½
cup
fresh lime juice
(4-5 medium limes)
½
cup
water
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan and heat over medium-low heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 15 minutes at room temperature. Transfer to a mason jar or syrup bottle and store in the fridge for 2 weeks.
Notes
This makes about 1.5 cups of lime syrup!
