Maple Cold Foam:

Zucchini Bread Latte:

zucchini syrup

Instructions
Make the cold foam:
Add the heavy cream, maple syrup, and whole milk to a small glass and froth with a milk frother until foamy. Set aside.
Make the zucchini bread latte:
Add ice to a tall glass, then top with zucchini syrup. Add milk of choice, then top with espresso and stir.
Top the zucchini bread latte with the maple cold foam, then drink up!
