Make the cold foam by adding the heavy cream, whole milk, caramel syrup, and sea salt to a small jar or container and frothing with a milk frother for 10-20 seconds or until foamy. Set aside.
Add ice to a tall glass, then pour in the apple brown sugar syrup. Top with espresso, then milk of choice. Stir if desired.
Top the apple latte with the salted caramel cold foam, then drink up!
