In the microwave, heat together the coconut syrup and water for 10-15 seconds in a microwave-safe bowl or glass.
Add the instant coffee granules to the coconut syrup mixture and froth for about 60-90 seconds with the milk frother. The whipped coffee should have soft peaks and be nice and fluffy!
Add ice to a tall glass, then pour your milk of choice over the ice. Top with the coconut whipped coffee and drink up!
Notes
**Some instant coffee is stronger and more concentrated than others. Start with 1 teaspoon and if the mixture is not foaming up, add another teaspoon of instant coffee.
