Sugar Cookie Coffee Syrup

What you'll need: - water - sugar - brown sugar - vanilla extract - butter extract - almond extract

Add the water and sugars to a saucepan and heat.

Whisk in the extracts.

Allow to cool, then transfer to a jar or bottle.

Use for your own sugar cookie lattes!
