Peppermint Coffee Syrup

What you'll need: - water - sugar - peppermint extract

Heat the water and sugar together until the sugar dissolves.

Stir in the peppermint extract.

Allow to cool, then transfer to a jar or bottle.

Use for peppermint mochas!
