What you'll need: - heavy cream - whole milk - hazelnut syrup - cocoa powder - malted milk powder - cold brew coffee - crushed Oreos

Froth the heavy cream, hazelnut syrup, whole milk, malted milk powder, and cocoa powder.

Pour cold brew into a glass, then stir in hazelnut syrup.

Add ice, then top with cold foam.

Sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
